Fit4life is an introductory 12 week programme for people who would like to improve their fitness and get into running in a group environment.
You will be guided by experienced Fit4life coaches who will take you from walking, to jogging, to running!
A new group* will start on Tuesday 10th January 2017, meeting at the Palace Grounds/Pool carpark @ 7PM. All are welcome.
* The group will only commence if there is sufficient interest. Please ensure that you are medically fit to participate and if there are any doubts about this please consult your doctor.
